When is an electrician needed?
If you notice a short circuit, your circuit breaker trips frequently, an outlet or switch is overheating, or you want to install a new appliance (e.g. oven, boiler, air conditioner), it is definitely advisable to call a professional. Working on electrical systems without expertise can be life-threatening!
Do you provide emergency call-out services?
Yes, we also provide emergency repairs. If you are without power, a short circuit has occurred, or your fuse box is smoking, call us immediately—we will respond as soon as possible, preferably the same day.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily operate in Budapest and the surrounding area, but for larger projects we also undertake work across Pest County. Request a quote by phone or email!
How much does electrical work cost?
The price depends on the type of work.
• Minor repairs (e.g. replacing a socket): from HUF 5,000–10,000
• New installation or renovation: based on an individual quote
For all projects, we work with pre-agreed, transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
Call-out within Budapest: HUF 15,000.
Fault diagnosis: HUF 10,000 per started hour.
Is a permit required for electrical work?
In certain cases, yes—for example when installing a new system, relocating a meter point, or carrying out an upgrade. We handle these for you, including all the necessary paperwork.
What is an RCD?
An RCD (Residual Current Device) is an electrical safety device that disconnects the power supply when it detects current leakage, protecting people from electric shock and fire. It is also known as an FI relay, ELCB, or life protection relay.
It operates by continuously monitoring the current flowing through the live and neutral conductors; if the difference exceeds a certain level (e.g. 30 mA), the device immediately trips and cuts off the circuit.
What warranty do you provide for your work?
We provide a written warranty for all completed work. If any issue arises, we will fix it free of charge.
Do you undertake complete electrical installation for newly built homes as well?
Of course! We also undertake the complete design, installation, and documentation of electrical systems for newly built properties—using the most modern solutions.
Do you also assist with LED lighting or smart home installations?
Yes, we also have experience in installing modern LED systems, motion sensor solutions, and smart home technologies. We are happy to advise you on energy-efficient solutions as well.
